An employee in this position defines scope of assigned projects, develops or reviews project design, negotiates costs, coordinates project elements, tracks progress of projects, and troubleshoots problems for various architectural, building, water/wastewater utilities, and public works construction projects for the City; inspects sites; administers related warranties; and approves payments. This position also gathers data, generates reports, and maintains related project files.
